**1. Contest Period** 

The NSL Winnipeg Guess the Name Contest (the "Contest") begins on **July 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM [CST]** and closes on **August 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM [CST]** (the "Contest Period"). Open and close times are strictly enforced. Entries received after the Contest Period closes will be automatically disqualified. 

**2. Eligibility** 

The Contest is open only to legal residents of Winnipeg who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence (minimum 18 years of age) at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of [UpHouse Inc., [NSL Winnipeg, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising/promotional agencies are not eligible to enter or win. 

**3. Prize** 

There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of [two (2) NSL Winnipeg 2027 season tickets]. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted for cash or other alternatives except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 

**4. Winner Selection & Notification** 

The first person to comment the correct team name for the NSL Winnipeg team will be contacted during the Contest Period. There is only one (1) winner. The selected entrant will be contacted via Instagram with direct message using the account used to comment. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within [72 hours] of the first notification attempt, or otherwise fails to comply with these rules, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be randomly selected. 

**5. Limitation of Liability & Release** 

By participating, entrants agree that [UpHouse Inc.], Northern Super League, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for, and shall be held harmless against, any technical failures, network disruptions, human errors, lost or delayed data, or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control that may affect the administration or operation of the Contest. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer or device relating to or resulting from entering the Contest.
